Please note: Read this document carefully.  It contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you and your order.

Wholesale Accts: Haney Motorsport does have wholesale accounts available for qualifying businesses. Please contact Casey at HMS for detailed information on setting up a wholesale acct. with us.

Warranties: The manufacturer, Not Haney Motorsport  warranties parts to be free from any material or manufacturing defects when you receive them. . Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary shipping costs, servicing or repair. We will do whatever we can to help resolve any warranty issue you have with a product.

HMS is not responsible for any costs due to improper fitment, product preparation, manufacturer defect or installation. Contact HMS with any concerns before installing the product. 

Returns/Exchanges: Should you have a problem with an order, please contact us immediately. Do not return an item without contacting us for an RGA number. Whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there is a warranty claim, an RGA number is required to expedite the process. Upon receiving your order, open and inspect the contents promptly. If there is damage during shipment, contact the carrier to file a claim. Items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking charge AND if the item had/has free shipping, you will be credited MINUS the org. shipping cost! All sales are final after 15 days.  Items returned must be un-installed, not painted (if applicable) and in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and filled out Return form. All returns are carefully inspected for sales worthiness as a new item to the next customer. Used equipment or altered, modified or damaged equipment or merchandise will not be refunded. Return freight must be prepaid. Failure to comply with our return policy may result in a delayed refund or possibly no refund. Any and All refunds are given in "House Credit" unless otherwise stated by management. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SPECIAL ORDERS PAINTED MERCHANDISE OR ANY BODY KITS / BUMPERS UNLESS THEY HAVE MANUFACTURE DAMAGE OR DEFECTS.
If you are returning a product that had "free shipping" to you, the original shipping cost Will Be deducted from your credit.    

Shipping: Standard shipping is U.P.S., USPS and usually takes 5-7 working days. Options include U.P.S. Red (next day), Blue (2nd day air) and Orange (3 day). Some items must ship by truck due to size and weight. We use Fed Ex Freight. Shipping charges will be assessed when the order is placed.

Free Shipping*

HMS now offers free shipping on ALMOST everything we sell! Free shipping is valid for ups/usps ground shipment in the continental US ONLY. Shipping charges will incur for Hawaii, Porto Rico, Alaska and CANADA!

Our shopping cart system has been modified to reflect free shipping on all applicable products. In MOST CASES if you choose upgraded shipping... i.e. next, 2nd or 3day air shipment, it Will Not show the True shipping price. This is due to the way our shopping cart system is configured. Your true shipping cost may be higher or lower than what is shown. True cost will be of actual weight and size of the order. All Merchandise is shipped as soon as possible.

Shipments are VIA UPS Ground and Take approx. 5 - 7 working days

All shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS, USPS and FedEx Freight. Haney Motorsport. is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company. We Do Not, Will Not take responsibility for customer fees/charges (i.e. vehicle in shop, vehicle rental, down time, incurred damages etc.) that they incur because of items that are damaged or missing during shipment!  If product needs to be replaced at Customers request BEFORE a claim is paid by the shipper, The customer will be charged for the replacement merchandise and refunded at the time of claim being paid.

Back Orders: Occasionally, we will temporarily be out of stock on an item. In these cases, partial shipments will be made and the back ordered item shipped at a later date, unless complete shipment is requested. You will be notified of unexpected delays. Orders may arrive separately. Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Terms: Haney Motorsport! accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cashiers check, money order and paypal. Internet orders are accepted with a credit card only. Allow 10 working days for cashier checks and money orders to be verified by bank and clear. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returns. No C.O.D. orders.

Emissions: Many of the parts offered on our Web Site  have been designed and intended for off-highway use only. Installation on a pollution controlled vehicle may violate U.S., Canadian, California state and provincial laws including those relating to emission requirements and motor vehicle safety standards. Because of these regulations, Haney Motorsport does not recommend the removal of any equipment designed to meet emissions standards or comply with motor vehicle safety regulations.

International Orders:
Haney Motorsport  has satisfied customers  around the World! All orders shipped outside the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. funds . Haney Motorsport   will select the most efficient shipping method for your order and call, FAX or Email you the order total, including shipping, for your approval. Shipping includes a $10 international packaging and handling fee. At this time, our shopping cart does not accept orders outside of the US. Your order must be phoned in. We reuse the right to sell/ship to anyone with or without reason.
