Payment Terms Haney Motorsport accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cashiers check, money order and paypal. Internet orders are accepted with a credit card only. Allow 10 working days for cashier checks and money orders to be verified by bank and clear. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any returns. No C.O.D. orders. Our online shopping cart system is configured NOT to charge any credit card / Order after the customer places the order. You will receive an order confirmation email, but your credit card has NOT been charged. We process all c.c. / orders in our accounting office, located at our place of business. Haney Motorsport is committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. Your name, address and billing information is used solely to process orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.
HMS uses FedEx as our main
shipping carrier. We also use/offer UPS and USPS, depending on package
size and weight.
Ground Shipping - Is our default shipping process for both customer pays s/h and free shipping items. Average standard ground ship times are 2-7 working days, depending on your location. 3 Day Air Shipping - Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Saturday, Sunday or national holiday are not counted as a shipping day! Orders placed by 2pm Pacific time will be shipped the same day, unless the product/s are out of stock. 2 Day Air Shipping - Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. on certain items we carry. Free Shipping only
qualifies for the 48 Continental US states!!
Our shopping cart system is configured to calculate shipping charges based on size and weight of boxed product/s. Products with free shipping will not calculate / charge any shipping during check out. But, in MOST CASES if you choose upgraded shipping... i.e. next, 2nd or 3day air shipment (over free shipping), it Will Not show the True shipping price. Your true shipping cost may be higher or lower than what is shown. This is due to the way our shopping cart system is configured, package oversize, etc. We will contact you with the true adjusted cost Before charging you! Outside of the US customers are responsible for any and all customs, duties and brokerage charges.
Free Shipping does NOT apply
to outside US shipments! Our shipping dept. packs shipments to ensure they are packed to prevent damage during transit. From time to time, though, damage will occur despite our precautions. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, contact us immediately, so we can initiate a claim for the item with the shipping carrier. Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material because in most cases, the carrier will need to inspect the item/s. If product needs to be replaced at Customers request BEFORE a claim is paid by the shipping carrier, The customer will be charged for the replacement merchandise and refunded at the time of claim being paid. All shipments via FedEx and UPS are insured for damage and missing packages. Haney Motorsport is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company. We Do Not, Will Not take responsibility for customer incurred fees/charges (i.e. vehicle in shop, vehicle rental, down time, incurred damages etc.) because of items that are damaged or missing during shipment!
Return/Exchange Policy Should you have a problem with an order, please contact us immediately. Upon receiving your order, open and inspect the contents promptly. Items returned for refund are subject to a 25% restocking charge AND if the item had free shipping, you will be credited MINUS the org. shipping cost! Items returned must be un-installed, not painted (if applicable) and in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and filled out Return form. All returns are carefully inspected for sales worthiness as a new item. Items used, altered, modified or damaged will not be refunded. Return freight must be prepaid. Failure to comply with our return policy may result in a delayed refund or possibly no refund. Any and All refunds are given in "House Credit" unless otherwise stated by management. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS, PRE PAINTED OR ANY BODY KITS / BUMPERS UNLESS THEY HAVE MANUFACTURE DAMAGE OR DEFECTS. TO RETURN an item, you Must contact us for a RMA number!! Whether we have made an error, you wish to exchange something, or there is a warranty claim, an RGA number is required. Haney Motorsport reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without an authorization number. Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless they received an incorrect (wrong product shipped) or defective item. We recommend using FedEx or UPS with Insurance coverage to ship any returns. All sales are final after 15 days.
Warranties The manufacturer, Not Haney Motorsport warranties parts to be free from any material or manufacturing defects when you receive them. Implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to quality and performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary shipping costs, servicing or repair. We will do whatever we can to help resolve any warranty issue you have with a product. Haney Motorsport is not responsible for any delays, damages, injury/death or costs due to improper fitment, product preparation, intended use, manufacturer defect or installation. Contact HMS with any concerns before purchasing and or using, prepping, installing the product/s. Complete liability is solely on the purchaser.
Occasionally, we will temporarily be out of stock on an item. In these cases, partial shipments will be made and the back ordered item shipped at a later date, unless complete shipment is requested. You will be notified of unexpected delays. Orders may arrive separately. Canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Many of the parts offered on our Web Site have been designed and intended for off-highway use only. Installation on a pollution controlled vehicle may violate U.S., Canadian,
California state
and provincial laws including those relating to emission requirements and motor vehicle safety standards. Because of these regulations, Haney Motorsport does not recommend the removal of any equipment designed to meet emissions
standards or comply with motor vehicle safety regulations. Prices
